Imam Ja‘far al-Ṣadiq (as): The prophet (s) said, 'He who wakes up in the morning unconcerned about the situations of fellow Muslims is not a Muslim. And one who hears a man calling, O Muslims, [help!] but does not respond to his call, is not a Muslim.' al-Kāfī
