Imam Ali (as): What prevents you from associating with a man of intellect, even if you do not find him to be of noble character, but benefit from his intellect and keep away from his bad morals. And do not give up associating with a man of noble character even if you do not benefit from his intellect, but benefit from his nobility through your intellect.
