رسول الله (صلی الله علیه و آله):
مِن‏ تَكرِمَةِ الرجُلِ لأخيهِ المُسلمِ أن يَقبَلَ ‏تُحفَتَهُ، أو يُتحِفَهُ مِمّا عِندَهُ ولا يَتَكَلَّفَ شيئا.

The Prophet Muhammad (S):
A person's honouring of his Muslim brother entails accepting his gift, and that he give him as a gift from what he owns, without causing himself any trouble.
