رسول الله (صلی الله علیه و آله):
القَلبُ يَتَحمّلُ الحِكمَةَ عند خُلُوِّ البَطْنِ، القَلبُ يَمُجُّ الحِكمَةَ عند امْتِلاءِ البَطْنِ.
饥肠空空，心灵才接受智慧；终日饱腹，心灵排斥智慧。
