الإمام علي (عليه السَّلام):
طَلَبتُ الخُضوعَ فما وَجَدْتُ إلّا بقبولِ الحقِّ، اقبَلُوا الحَقَّ، فإنَّ قبولَ الحقِّ يُبَعِّدُ مِن الكِبرِ.
J ai cherché l humilité et je ne l ai trouvée que dans l acceptation de la vérité. Acceptez donc la vérité, car l acceptation de la vérité éloigne de l orgueil.
