رسول الله (صلی الله علیه و آله):
إِنَّ الشَّدِيدَ لَيْسَ مَنْ غَلَبَ النَّاسَ وَ لَكِنَّ الشَّدِيدَ مَنْ غَلَبَ نَفْسَه .
Una persona fuerte no es alguien que supera a los demás, más bien una persona fuerte es alguien que se supera a sí mismo.
