Allah likes for His servant, when he leaves to meet his brothers, to dress himself well and to beautify himself.

إنّ اللّهَ تعالى جميلٌ يُحِبُّ الجَمالَ، وَ يُحِبُّ أنْ يَرى أثَرَ نِعمَتِهِ على عَبدِهِ، وَ يُبغِضُ البُؤْسَ وَ التَّباؤسَ.
The Prophet Muhammad (S):
Allah, most High, is beautiful and He loves beauty. And He likes to see the evidence of His bounty on His servant. He loathes misery and pretending to be miserable.
