Imam al-Reḍa (as): God is all-aware in the sense that nothing escapes His attention or evades Him, [His knowledge being] independent of experience or consideration of things, for experience and consideration in turn produce two types of knowledge, without which He would not know [if he were to be dependent on them], and would therefore be ignorant. al-Kāfī
