The most beloved of Allah s servants to Him are those that are the most useful to His servants, and the most persistent of them in establishing His right, those to whom virtue and its practices are beloved.

The person who best knows the rights of his brethren and is the most diligent of all at fulfilling them is the one who has the greatest esteem in the sight of Allah.

Verily Satan says, The rich man is not safe from me in either one of three situations: either I embellish his riches in his eyes such that he deprives it to whoever has a right to it, or I facilitate its way so that he squanders it in the wrong place; or I make it so beloved to him that he earns it unlawfully.



Be careful of your duty to Allah with respect to His people as well as His lands, for verily you will be answerable even for the places [you frequented] and the animals. Obey Allah and do not disobey Him.



The right of a woman on her husband is that he provides her with food and clothes, and does not frown his face at her (does not treat her with contempt).

It is the duty of an Imam to rule in accordance with what Allah has revealed, and to he deliver what he has been entrusted with. If he does that, then it is the duty of the people to listen to him and to obey him and to hearken [to his call] when they are called.

Do not let consideration for a person's right hinder you from upholding the truth when it is against him.

Do not impose upon yourself any right and be patient against adversities and hardships

It is unlawful for anyone to use the property of his brother except by his consent.

He is not of us whose neighbour is not safe from his troubles.

Allah is not worshipped through anything better than fulfilling the right of the fellow believer.


He who honors the religion of Allah honors the right of his brethren, and he who takes His religion lightly takes [the right of] his brethren lightly.

He who honors the religion of Allah honors the right of his brethren, and he who takes His religion lightly takes [the right of] his brethren lightly.

Whoever kills a sparrow in vain, it will cry out to Allah against him on the Day of Resurrection saying, O my Lord, so and so killed me in vain and did not kill me for any useful purpose.

Whoever believes in Allah and the Day of Resurrection must not annoy his neighbour.
