ثلاثٌ لم يَجعلِ اللّهُ عزّ وجلّ لأحدٍ فيهنّ رُخْصةً: أداءُ الأمانةِ إلَى البَرِّ والفاجرِ، والوفاءُ بالعَهدِ للبَرِّ والفاجرِ، وبِرُّ الوالِدَينِ بَرَّينِ كانا أو فاجِرَينِ

Imam Muhammad al-Baqir (as):

There are three things regarding which Allah, the Exalted, did not allow any flexibility: returning a trust to its owner, be he good or wicked; keeping ones pact with both the good and the wicked; and kindness to ones parents whether they be good or wicked.
