إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ إِذَا أَحَبَّ عَبْداً، فَعَمِلَ‏ عَمَلًا قَلِيلًا، جَزَاهُ بِالْقَلِيلِ الْكَثِيرَ، وَ لَمْ يَتَعَاظَمْهُ أَنْ يَجْزِيَ بِالْقَلِيلِ الْكَثِيرَ لَهُ‏.

Imam Ja‘far al-Ṣadiq (as):

When God loves a servant and he performs a small good act, God gives him a great reward for that small act, and it is not a grave matter for God to endow someone with such a great reward for a small act of goodness.
