The Prophet Muhammad (S):
There are two virtues unexcelled by anything good: faith in Allah, and being of benefit to Allah's servants. And there are two iniquities unsurpassed by anything evil: associating partners with Allah, and causing harm to Allah's servants.

Imam Ali (as):
That good is no good after which there is the Fire, and that hardship is no hardship after which there is Paradise. Every bliss other than Paradise is inferior and every calamity other than the Fire is comfort.

Imam Ja‘far al-Ṣadiq (as):
Imam al-Sadiq (as) once asked a man, 'Who do you consider a fata?' to which the man replied, 'A young man.' Imam said, 'No, a fata is a believer, for verily the Companions of the Cave were middle-aged men, yet Allah called them fitya [plural of fata] because of their belief.

The Prophet Muhammad (S):
O Abu Dharr, beware of procrastinating with your [high] hopes, for verily you have today [at your disposal] and have not yet reached tomorrow. When tomorrow comes to you, then be in it as you are in the present; [that way] even if you do not have tomorrow, you will not have regret for all that you neglected today.
