الإمام علي (عليه السَّلام):
إنْ أرَدْتَ أنْ يُؤْمِنَكَ اللّهُ سُوءَ العاقِبَةِ فاعْلَمْ أنَّ ما تَأْتيهِ مِن خَيرٍ فبفَضْلِ اللّهِ وَ تَوفيقِهِ، وَ ما تَأْتيهِ مِن سُوءٍ فبِإمْهالِ اللّهِ وَ إنْظارِهِ، إيّاكَ وَ حِلْمَهُ وعَفْوَهُ عَنكَ.
如果希望安拉佑护你，免遭悲惨的结局，就应当知道自己得到的一切恩惠，都是安拉赐予的，自己取得的成功，都是凭借安拉的佑助；自己虽作恶，但安拉给予（忏悔）的机会，等待你忏悔，并宽恕你，赦宥你。
