Do you really want to enter Paradise?

The content of this lecture is actually a Hadith from Prophet Muhammad (S) in which he mentions six characteristics that if possessed by one, he will definitely enter paradise. So if you would like to be among the people of paradise, don’t miss this lecture.

Imam Ja‘far al-Ṣadiq (as)

قالَ رجلٌ عندهُ: اللّهُ أكبَرُ، فقالَ: اللّهُ أكبَرُ مِن أيِّ شَي‏ءٍ؟ فقالَ: مِن كُلِّ شَي‏ءٍ، فقالَ أبو عَبدِ اللّهِ عليه السلام: حَدَّدتَهُ، فقالَ الرَّجُلُ: كَيفَ أقولُ؟ قالَ: قُل: اللّهُ أكبَرُ مِن أن يُوصَفَ.

Imam al-Sadiq (as) asked a man who said ‘Allah is Greater’ (Allahu Akbar), ‘Greater than what?’ So the man replied, ‘Greater than everything...

Imam Ja‘far al-Ṣadiq (as)

سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الْإِيمَانِ، فَقَالَ‏: شَهَادَةُ أَنْ لَاإِلهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَ الْإِقْرَارُ بِمَا جَاءَ مِنْ عِنْدِ اللَّهِ، وَ مَا اسْتَقَرَّ فِي الْقُلُوبِ مِنَ التَّصْدِيقِ بِذلِكَ. قَالَ: قُلْتُ: الشَّهَادَةُ أَ لَيْسَتْ‏ عَمَلًا؟ قَالَ: «بَلى‏». قُلْتُ: الْعَمَلُ‏ مِنَ الْإِيمَانِ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ، الْإِيمَانُ لَايَكُونُ إِلَّا بِعَمَلٍ، وَ الْعَمَلُ مِنْهُ، وَ لَا يَثْبُتُ الْإِيمَانُ إِلَّا بِعَمَلٍ.

Imam Ja‘far al-Ṣadiq (as)

المؤمنُ حَسَنُ المَعونةِ ، خفيفُ المَؤونةِ، جَيّدُ التّدبيرِ لِمَعيشتِهِ ، لا يُلْسَعُ مِن جُحْرٍ مرّتينِ .

قَالَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ لِمُوسَى بْنِ عِمْرَانَ عليه السلام: يَا ابْنَ عِمْرَانَ، لَاتَحْسُدَنَ‏ النَّاسَ عَلى مَا آتَيْتُهُمْ‏ مِنْ فَضْلِي، وَ لَاتَمُدَّنَّ عَيْنَيْكَ إِلى‏ ذلِكَ، وَ لَاتُتْبِعْهُ‏ نَفْسَكَ؛ فَإِنَّ الْحَاسِدَ سَاخِطٌ لِنِعَمِي‏، صَادٌّ لِقَسْمِيَ‏ الَّذِي‏ قَسَمْتُ بَيْنَ عِبَادِي، وَ مَنْ يَكُ كَذلِكَ، فَلَسْتُ مِنْهُ، وَ لَيْسَ مِنِّي.
