الإمام جعفر الصادق (عليه السَّلام ):

لَمّا سُئلَ عَن‏ قَولِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه و آله: النَّظَرُ في وُجوهِ العُلَماءِ عِبادَةٌ: هُوَ العالِمُ الّذي إذا نَظَرتَ إلَيهِ ذَكَّرَكَ الآخِرَةَ، ومَن كانَ خِلافَ ذلكَ فَالنَّظَرُ إلَيهِ فِتنَةٌ.

Imam Ja‘far al-Ṣadiq (as):

Imam al-Sadiq (AS) was once asked regarding the Prophet (SAWA)’s saying, ‘Looking at the faces of scholars is an act of worship [of God]’, to which he replied, ‘It refers to the scholar the sight of whom reminds you of the Hereafter, and whoever is not thus, then looking at him is a trial [fitnah].’

Abu l-Ḥusayn Warrām b. Abī Firās b. Ḥamdān al-Mālikī al-Nakhaʿī al-Ḥillī (Arabic: أبو الحسين ورٌام بن أبي فراس بن حمدان المالكي النخعي الحلي) (b. ?, d. 605/1208) was a jurispt and muhaddith in the sixth/twelfth and early seventh/thirteenth century. Tanbih al-khawatir wa nuzhat al-nawazir was significant work written by Warram b. Abi Firas which made him famous.

Mohammad Mohammadi Nik known as Rayshahri (1325-1401) was a Shia cleric, scholar of Hadiths, guardian of Astan Abdulazim Hosni and one of the agents of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Rayshahri was also the representative of the people of Tehran in the Assembly of Experts and the founder and president of the Quran and Hadith University, and the head of Hajj. Mizan al-Hikmah is his most famous work and he wrote many books based on Shia hadiths. Several collections such as Amir al-Mominin's Encyclopedia, Imam Hossein's Encyclopedia, Imam Mahdi's Encyclopedia, and Qur'an and Hadith Encyclopedia were also authored under his supervision. He was the son-in-law of Mirza Ali Meshkini.
