رسول الله (صلی الله علیه و آله):
مَن أطلَقَ ناظِرَهُ أتعَبَ حاضِرَهُ، مَن تَتابَعَت لَحَظاتُهُ دامَت حَسَراتُهُ.

He who lets his sight loose exhausts his present moment, and he whose glances follow each other successively is in constant loss.
