Bihâr al-Anwâr al-jâmiʿat li-Durar Akhbâr al-Aʾimmat al-Athâr (en arabe : بحارالأنوار الجامعة لدرر أخبار الأئمة الأطهار, littéralement, Les mers des lumières: la collection de perles des rapports des Imams) connu sous le nom de Bihar al-Anwâr, est la collection la plus complète de hadiths chiites, écrit sous la supervision de 'Allâma al-Majlisî. Ce livre est aussi communément appelé al-Bihar en bref. Il a fallu plus de 30 ans pour écrire ce livre qui est une collection d'enseignements chiites. Un groupe d'étudiants d'al-'Allama al-Majlisi l'ont aidé dans cette tâche.

Maqṣūd ʿAlī al-Majlisī (Arabic: <span dir="RTL">محمد باقر بن محمد تقي بن مقصود علي المجلسي</span>) (b. 1037/1627-8 – d. 1110/1699) known as al-ʿAllāma al-Majlisī (Arabic: <span dir="RTL">العلامة المجلسي</span>) or the Second Majlisī (Arabic: <span dir="RTL">المجلسي الثاني</span>) was among the most famous Shi'a scholars in jurisprudence and hadith.</p>
