Imam Muhammad al-Baqir (as): On the day of resurrection, Allah will command a caller to call out before Him: 'Where are the poor ones?' Then a large number of people will stand. Allah will say: 'O My servants!' They will say: 'Yes, our Lord.' Allah will say: 'I did not make you poor because you held an insignificant position in My eyes, rather I chose you for a day like this. Search among people, and find those who did good to you for no reason other than My sake and reward them, on My behalf, with Paradise.' al-Kāfī
