الإمام جعفر الصادق (عليه السَّلام ):
السَّعيدُ يَتَّعِظُ بمَوعِظَةِ التَّقوى و إن كانَ يُرادُ بِالمَوعِظَةِ غَيرُهُ .
Imam Ja‘far al-Ṣadiq (as):
The prosperous person takes a lesson from the exhortation of piety even if someone else is meant by it.

الإمام جعفر الصادق (عليه السَّلام ):
المُنافِقُ لا يَرغَبُ فيما قد سَعِدَ بهِ المؤمنونَ ، و السَّعيدُ يَتَّعِظُ بِمَوعِظَةِ التَّقوى و إن كانَ يُرادُ بالمَوعِظَةِ غَيرُهُ .
Imam Ja‘far al-Ṣadiq (as):
The hypocrite has no interest in what brings prosperity to the believers. The prosperous one [is he who] follows the advice on piety, even if the addressee of that advice is someone else.

الإمام محمد الباقر (عليه السَّلام):
ما مِن إنسانٍ يَطعَنُ في عَينِ مُؤمِنٍ إلّا ماتَ بِشَرِّ ميتَةٍ، وكانَ قَمِنا أن لا يَرجِعَ إلى خَيرٍ.
Imam Muhammad al-Baqir (as):
Anybody who discredits a believer’s self-esteem will die an evil death, and he becomes deserving of never again returning to a good end.

كَفَى بِالْمَرْءِ سَعَادَةً أَنْ يَعْزِفَ عَمَّا يَفْنَى وَ يَتَوَلَّهَ بِمَا يَبْقَى.

It suffices for a man to be considered prosperous if he turns away from all that is transient and instead, sets his heart on that which is lasting.

نَحْنُ دُعَاةُ الْحَقِّ وَ أَئِمَّةُ الْخَلْقِ وَ أَلْسِنَةُ الصِّدْقِ مَنْ أَطَاعَنَا مَلَكَ وَ مَنْ عَصَانَا هَلَكَ.
Imam Ali (as):
We [Ahl al-Bayt] are the callers to the right path, the leaders of people and the tongues of the truth; whoever obeys us will have the command and whoever disobeys us will fall into ruin.
