Imam Ja‘far al-Ṣadiq (as):

Imam Ja‘far al-Ṣadiq (as):
Small but continuous actions [performed] with conviction are better in the sight of Allah than numerous actions without conviction.

Imam Ja‘far al-Ṣadiq (as):
If a man performs a certain action, he should maintain it regularly for the duration of a year, then he may move on to another act if he wishes so, and that is because the grand Night of Ordainment (laylat al-qadr) is included in his year of performing that particular act, when whatever Allah wills and ordains will happen.

Imam Ali (as):
When one's speech is consistent with his intention, the listener will accept it. However, if his speech does not conform with his intention, then it will not find its place in the heart of the listener.
