رسول الله (صلی الله علیه و آله):
لمّا شَكا إلَيهِ رجُلٌ قَساوَةَ قَلبِهِ: إذا أرَدتَ أن يَلينَ قَلبُكَ فَأطعِمِ المِسكينَ وامسَحْ رَأسَ اليَتيمِ.
The Prophet (s), when a person complained to him about the hardness of his heart, said, If you want your heart to soften, feed the needy and stroke the head of orphans.
