الإمام جعفر الصادق (عليه السَّلام ):
إنَّ للقُلوبِ صَداءً كصَداءِ النُّحاسِ، فاجلُوها بالاستِغفارِ.

Imam Ja‘far al-Ṣadiq (as)

مَن قَضى لأخيهِ المؤمنِ حاجةً قضى اللّهُ عزّ و جلّ له يومَ القيامةِ مائةَ ألفِ حاجةٍ.

He who fulfils one need of his believing brother, Allah will fulfil one hundred thousand needs of his on the Day of Resurrection.

Imam Ja‘far al-Ṣadiq (as)

وَ اعْمَلُوا عَمَلَ مَنْ يَعْلَمُ أَنَّهُ مُجَازًى بِالْإِحْسَانِ مَأْخُوذٌ بِالْإِجْرَامِ.

Act like one who knows for a fact that he will be rewarded for his kind acts, and punished for his wrongdoings.

سَأَلْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ عليه السلام عَنِ التَّوْحِيدِ، فَقُلْتُ: أَتَوَهَّمُ‏ شَيْئاً؟ فَقَالَ‏: «نَعَمْ، غَيْرَ مَعْقُولٍ، وَ لَا مَحْدُودٍ، فَمَا وَقَعَ وَهْمُكَ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ شَيْ‏ءٍ، فَهُوَ خِلَافُهُ‏، لَايُشْبِهُهُ شَيْ‏ءٌ، وَ لَا تُدْرِكُهُ الْأَوْهَامُ، كَيْفَ تُدْرِكُهُ الْأَوْهَامُ وَ هُوَ خِلَافُ مَا يُعْقَلُ، وَ خِلَافُ مَا يُتَصَوَّرُ فِي الْأَوْهَامِ؟! إِنَّمَا يُتَوَهَّمُ‏ شَيْ‏ءٌ غَيْرُ مَعْقُولٍ وَ لَا مَحْدُودٍ.
