الإمام جعفر الصادق (عليه السَّلام ):
                        مَا أَخْلَصَ عَبْدٌ الْإِيمَانَ بِاللَّهِ أَرْبَعِينَ يَوْماً إِلَّا زَهَّدَهُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ فِي الدُّنْيَا، وَ بَصَّرَهُ دَاءَهَا وَ دَوَاءَهَا، وَ أَثْبَتَ الْحِكْمَةَ فِي قَلْبِهِ، وَ أَنْطَقَ بِهَا لِسَانَهُ.
                        
                        
                        
                          No sooner does a servant spend forty days in a state of sincere devotion to God than God will make him abstain from the base pleasures of this world, open his eyes to its illnesses and the cures for them, instill wisdom in his heart and make his tongue speaks the wisdom.
