Imam Ja‘far al-Ṣadiq (as)

يا يونُسُ ، إذا أرَدتَ العِلمَ الصَّحيحَ فَخُذ عَن أهلِ البَيتِ ، فَإِنّا رُويناهُ ، واوتينا شَرحَ الحِكمَةِ ، وفَصلَ الخِطابِ ، إنَّ اللّهَ اصطَفانا وآتانا ما لَم يُؤتِ أحَدًا مِنَ العالَمين‏ .

Imam Ja‘far al-Ṣadiq (as)

أَحَبُّ الْعِبَادِ إِلَى اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ وَ أَكْرَمُهُمْ عَلَيْهِ‏ أَتْقَاهُمْ‏، وَ أَعْمَلُهُمْ بِطَاعَتِهِ.

The most beloved and honorable of people to Allah are those who are the most God-wary and the most obedient to Him.

Imam Ja‘far al-Ṣadiq (as)

إِذَا اتَّهَمَ الْمُؤْمِنُ أَخَاهُ انْمَاثَ‏ الْإِيمَانُ مِنْ‏ قَلْبِهِ، كَمَا يَنْمَاثُ الْمِلْحُ فِي الْمَاءِ.

When a believer wrongfully accuses his fellow brother, his faith disappears from his heart like salt dissolves in water.
