الإمام علي (عليه السَّلام):
اِعلَمْ أنَّ الَّذي بِيَدِهِ خَزائنُ مَلَكُوتِ الدُّنيا وَالآخِرَةِ قَد أذِنَ لِدُعائكَ، وتَكَفَّلَ لِإجابَتِكَ ، وَأمَرَكَ أن تَسألَهُ لِيُعطِيَكَ، وَهُوَ رَحيمٌ كَريمٌ.
a dit dans une recommandation à son fils Hasan (as) : «Sache que Celui qui détient les richesses des royaumes de ce bas-monde et de l'Au-delà t'a autorisé à L'invoquer et Il en a garanti l'acceptation. Il t'a ordonné de Lui demander afin qu'Il te donne, et Il est TrèsMiséricordieux et Généreux. Il n'a mis entre toi et Lui aucune barrière et Il ne t'a pas renvoyé à un intercesseur pour intervenir auprès de Lui ... Puis Il a mis entre tes mains les clés de Ses trésors qui sont l'autorisation de L'invoquer. Ainsi, dès que tu le souhaites, tu implores l'ouverture des portes de Ses trésors par l'invocation.

Abū l-Ḥasan Muḥammad b. al-Ḥusayn al-Mūsawī (Arabic: أبوالحسن محمد بن الحسین الموسوي) (b. 359/969-70 - d. Muharram 6, 406/June 26, 1015) al-Sharīf al-Raḍī (Arabic: الشريف الرضي) was a prominent Shi'a scholar and poet born in Baghdad. Although he is most known for his literary expertise, he was also an expert of jurisprudence and exegesis of the Quran. His most famous work is Nahj al-Balagha, a collection of Imam Ali's (a) sayings and letters. He founded a school named Dar al-'Ilm ( دار العلم, literally "House of knowledge") in which he trained many students, some of whom later became prominent scholars.
