رسول الله (صلی الله علیه و آله):
مَن أطلَقَ ناظِرَهُ أتعَبَ حاضِرَهُ، مَن تَتابَعَت لَحَظاتُهُ دامَت حَسَراتُهُ.
El que deja que su vista se escape agota su momento presente, y aquel cuyas miradas se suceden sucesivamente está en constante pérdida.
