The Prophet Muhammad (S)

مَنِ ازدادَ في العِلمِ رُشدا فلَم يَزدَدْ فِي الدّنيا زُهدا ، لَم يَزدَدْ مِنَ اللّه ِ إلاّ بُعدا .

He who does not increase in abstention from worldly pleasures in spite of an increase in his knowledge only gets further away from Allah.
