الامام الحسین (علیه السلام):
لَيست العِفَّةُ بِمانِعَةٍ رِزْقاً، و لا الحِرصُ بجالِبٍ فَضْلًا، و إنَّ الرِّزقَ مَقْسومٌ و الأجَلَ مَحتومٌ، وَ اسْتِعمالُ الحِرصِ طَالبُ المَأْثَمِ.
La modestia no impide [la llegada del] sustento, así como la codicia no atrae ningún exceso [de sustento] porque, en verdad, el sustento es asignado, la muerte es certera y la codicia solo pide el pecado.
