الإمام الرّضا (عليه السَّلام ):
مَنْ أرادَ أنْ يَكُونَ صَالِحاً خَفِيفَ الجِسْمِ (وَ اللّحْمِ) فَلْيُقَلّلْ مِنْ عَشائِه بِاللَّيْلِ.
A man who wants to be healthy and have a light body must decrease his dinner.
