الإمام جعفر الصادق (عليه السَّلام ):
مَن أفتَى النّاسَ بِرَأيهِ فَقَددانَ بِما لا يَعلَمُ، ومَن دانَ بِما لا يَعلَمُ فَقَد ضادَّ اللّهَ حَيثُ أحَلَّ وَحَرَّمَ فِيما لايَعلَمُ.
Celui qui donne aux gens un avis juridique sur la base de sa propre opinion professe ce qu il ne sait pas, et celui qui professe ce qu il ne sait pas s oppose à Allah en autorisant ou en interdisant ce à propos de quoi il n a aucun savoir.
