الإمام جعفر الصادق (عليه السَّلام ):
مَن أحَبَّنا أهلَ البيتِ فلْيَحْمَدِ اللّهَ على أوَّلِ النِّعَمِ. قلت: وما أولى النِّعَمِ؟ قالَ: طِيبُ الوِلادَةِ، ولا يُحِبُّنا إلّا مَن طابَتْ وِلادَتُهُ.

He who loves us, the holy Household, let him praise Allah for the first blessing. He was asked, What is the first blessing? to which he replied, Legitimate birth, for only he loves us whose birth [i.e. conception] is legitimate.

Aḥmad b. Muḥammad b. Khālid b. ʿAbd al-Raḥmān al-Barqī (Arabic: أحمد بن محمد بن خالد بن عبدالرحمن البرقي, b. 200/815-6 - d. 274/887-8 or 280/893-4) was a renowned Twelver Shi'a hadith scholar (muhaddith) and historian of 3rd/9th century. Both Shi'a and Sunni scholars have relied on his hadiths.

Mohammad Mohammadi Nik known as Rayshahri (1325-1401) was a Shia cleric, scholar of Hadiths, guardian of Astan Abdulazim Hosni and one of the agents of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Rayshahri was also the representative of the people of Tehran in the Assembly of Experts and the founder and president of the Quran and Hadith University, and the head of Hajj. Mizan al-Hikmah is his most famous work and he wrote many books based on Shia hadiths. Several collections such as Amir al-Mominin's Encyclopedia, Imam Hossein's Encyclopedia, Imam Mahdi's Encyclopedia, and Qur'an and Hadith Encyclopedia were also authored under his supervision. He was the son-in-law of Mirza Ali Meshkini.
