الإمام الرّضا (عليه السَّلام ):
مَنْ أرادَ أنْ يَكُونَ صَالِحاً خَفِيفَ الجِسْمِ (وَ اللّحْمِ) فَلْيُقَلّلْ مِنْ عَشائِه بِاللَّيْلِ.

Un hombre que quiere estar saludable y tener un cuerpo liviano y ágil debe disminuir su cena por la noche.
