الإمام علي (عليه السَّلام):
أسَدٌ حَطُومٌ خَيْرٌ مِنْ سُلْطَانٍ ظَلُومٍ، وَ سُلْطانٌ ظَلُومٌ خَيرٌ مِنْ فِتَنٍ تَدُومُ.
Un león feroz es mejor que un gobernador opresivo, pero un gobernador opresivo es mejor que las sediciones que duran indefinidamente.
