رسول الله (صلی الله علیه و آله):
يَتبَعُ المَيّتَ ثلاثةٌ: أهلُهُ ومالُهُ وعمَلُهُ، فيَرجِعُ اثنانِ ويَبقى واحِدٌ؛ يَرجِعُ أهلُهُ ومالُهُ، ويَبقى عَمَلُهُ.
Three things follow a person when he dies: his family, his wealth and his deeds. Two of those retreat and only one remains: his family and wealth retreat and his deeds remain with him.
